Arts for AAPDEP hopes to win talented individuals who can pledge their creative pieces for the benefit of African people through AAPDEP projects.
More than likely artists are creating on a regular basis. What this program asks is that you set aside one or two items to be used to help AAPDEP raise resources. 100% of the resources raised will go toward maintaining and initiating AAPDEP projects across the African World.
How it works

1. Register to become an AAPDEP Artist. Doing so will require you to pledge a specific quantity of goods for as long as you contribute. For example you may want to pledge 2 crocheted hats a month for 3 months. After 3 months and we've received 6 hats your pledge period would be over. You can then decide whether or not you want to continue.
2. Ship your item to the Uhuru House located in St. Petersburg FL
AAPDEP 1245 18th Avenue S t SW St. Petersburg, FL 33705 Contact: Aisha Fields |
D.C. Metro contact: Ayesha (you can deliver or we can pick up)
|
3. These items will either be sold in our web store or at our local fundraising events.
